What 3 words would you use to describe Iron Horse?

Fun, connected, and reliable.

What’s your favorite part about working at Iron Horse?

The internal culture at Iron Horse is great. I love how connected the company feels despite being majority remote.

What do you bring into every client relationship?

I like to think that I bring a sense of dependability and organization. Beyond that, I think that I communicate often enough with the clients I work with to keep them out of “crisis mode”.

What’s your favorite new marketing trend?

Treating developers like decision makers. They’re so often the people who inform decisions to adopt new technology yet for so long marketers acted like only CTOs played a role.

Who is the most influential person to you?

My friend Simone. After I left Roblox, she continuously checked up on me and made an effort to stay in touch. She has helped me look for jobs, work on my resume, and helped me figure out my goals and what I was looking for.

What causes do you care about?

The Trevor Project, an organization that provides crisis support and suicide prevention services for LGBTQIA+ youths.

What book did you last read?

I finished the first book of the Wheel of Time series for the first time. My boyfriend and his dad are both obsessed with it, and so I’m trying to work my way through the series faster than Amazon can release the series as a show.

If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Chinese food! There is a crazy amount of variety.

Most important question – does pineapple belong on pizza?

Absolutely!
