What 3 words would you use to describe Iron Horse?

Culture, Audience Passion, Alignment

What’s your favorite part about working at Iron Horse?

The culture, the people, the clients, the partners, the work, the leadership – Uzair’s the best!

What do you bring into every client relationship?

Experience, energy and perspective.

What’s your favorite new marketing trend?

I’m a big fan of confirming that the foundational work is complete before following trends. Succumbing to the latest trend, and not starting with solid business requirements, can lead to unwanted outcomes, including lost focus, failure to achieve goals, lack of clarity, etc.

Who is the most influential person to you?

I am influenced by anyone who aspires to be a better person than they were the day before.

What causes do you care about?

Anything having to do with helping children and Parkinson’s Disease.

What book did you last read?

I’m about to finish Demon Copperhead by Barbra Kingsolver and since I joined the IH book club, I will start On Earth We’re Briefly Gorgeous.

If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Sushi

Most important question – does pineapple belong on pizza?

No, but who I am to say.
