This month we are excited to celebrate Aubrie Harper, one of our Digital Marketing Associates! She recently graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in December 2020 and has been a part of the Iron Horse team for 10 months. Originally a Texas native, when she is not at the beach soaking up the California sun or training for a half marathon, Aubrie loves cooking and hiking.

What 3 words would you use to describe Iron Horse?

Growing, Empathetic, Innovative 

What’s your favorite part about working at Iron Horse?

My favorite part of this job is getting to work with fun and supportive teams across Iron Horse. I am grateful that I’m able to develop relationships and learn from people with different backgrounds and expertise on a daily basis, all while being remote.

What do you bring into every client relationship?

I strive to consistently bring positive energy, accountability, and dependability into every client relationship. I also make sure to align my work and actions with the client’s goals.

What’s your favorite new marketing trend?

The trend of audience-centric experiences. I love the process of putting the customer’s behavior and experience first as they go through their customer journey.

Who is the most influential person to you?

My cousin Monsie. Despite physical barriers she has had to face from disabilities caused by an accident, she has maintained an extremely positive outlook on life. She has taught me to live a life focused on finding gratitude every day and being present in every moment of life. She constantly radiates positive energy and inspires others to find beauty and light in the world, even during hard times.

What causes do you care about?

Alzheimer treatment research/causes, mental health, and equality in the criminal justice system. 

What book did you read last?

The Happiest Man on Earth by Eddie Jaku, a holocaust survivor, The Mind-Gut Connection by Dr. Emerin Mayer, and Manifest Now by Idil Ahmed

If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

A chorizo, egg, potato burrito with guac, sour cream, and salsa.

Most important question – does pineapple belong on pizza?

Yeswith a good ranch on the side!
