Nisha Dada

Sr. Director, Finance & People Operations

Nisha Dada is the Sr. Director, Finance & People Operations at Iron Horse and oversees the company’s daily business activities. On the HR side, she manages employee relations, employee benefits, payroll, onboarding, and compliance. On the finance side, she manages banking, treasury, operating cash flow activities, and financial planning. Nisha has a rich background of experience as an executive, including in the medical diagnostic field, where she oversaw the design and development of novel antibody diagnostic tests for heart disease and cancer.

Nisha has a B.S. in Genetics from the University of California at Berkeley.
