What 3 words would you use to describe Iron Horse?

Innovative, United, and Supportive

What’s your favorite part about working at Iron Horse?

Being able to pursue multiple passions like growing my technical knowledge of automation software and working to keep employees engaged through fun social activities.

What do you bring into every client relationship?

An open mind. Every client looks at marketing ops from a different angle, so it’s important to consider and be supportive of their perspective when helping them navigate their marketing strategy.

What’s your favorite new marketing trend?

The great un-gating. This was a hot topic at the 2022 HubSpot Inbound Conference. It’s a bit controversial, but consumers are growing weary of giving out their information and want to avoid companies spamming and cluttering their inboxes. Companies who can freely share valuable and truthful content will attract customers by proving their commitment to transparency and agency.

Who is the most influential person to you?

My mom, and I really mean that! She never lets anything hold her back from what she wants to do. Every extravagant idea that pops into her head is possible and she’s likely already got plans to start working on it.

What causes do you care about?

I care a lot about education. I believe that education begets opportunity and no one should be deprived of the opportunity to learn, grow and pursue their dreams. I’m also very passionate about mental health. It’s important that we shake the stigma from this subject so that people are comfortable being transparent in order to receive rounded healthcare.

What book do you last read? What shows are you watching?

  1. I recently finished reading Nobody Will Tell You This but Me by Bess Kalb. It’s a memoir written from the perspective of her late grandmother.
  2. Currently I am watching season 2 of Only Murders in the Building, season 4 of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, and Derry Girls. There are too many good shows and not enough time.

If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

It’s a sandwich: Roasted turkey with sun dried tomato pesto, arugula, swiss, avocado and pickles, grilled on ciabatta bread. Specifically, with no tomatoes. And Mediterranean pasta salad on the side. Shout out to Pressed in Burlington. Please sponsor me.

Most important question – does pineapple belong on pizza?

No, no it does not.
