This month, we’re thrilled to introduce you all to Grayson Spady, our new Marketing Consultant! Born and raised in Montana, Grayson currently calls Bozeman home. After graduating from the University of Montana, Grayson grew his career with his years at Oracle, becoming an expert in Eloqua, the company’s marketing automation system. Apart from shocking co-workers with his height (He’s 6’4”! Who would have guessed from our Zoom calls?!), Grayson enjoys hunting, snowboarding, and basketball.

What 3 words would you use to describe Iron Horse?

Innovative, Growing, Dependable

What’s your favorite part about working at Iron Horse?

The people and the company culture. Everyone is very enthusiastic and brings great energy to every new marketing project.

What do you bring into every client relationship?

Enthusiasm and timeliness. I feel those are a MUST in every client relationship and make for much smoother and more effective projects and campaigns.

What’s your favorite new marketing trend?

The new hybrid webinar campaigns because it’s something that allows people to stay safe (and comfortable) if they want to view a live webinar rather than attend in person. It also expands the total audience reach by giving the in-person and virtual options to attend.

Who is the most influential person to you?

Malcolm Gladwell. He is a brilliant author that I have learned a lot from and admire greatly.

What causes do you care about?

Climate change, COVID safety protocols, and giving back to my hometown community of Bozeman, MT in any way possible.

What book did you read last?

The last book I read was the Bomber Mafia by Malcolm Gladwell. It’s about WW2 and Carl Nordan who was an inventor that helped the US win WWII. I highly recommend it, if you’re into that kind of thing.

If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Hot wings would be the meal every day for sure, hands down. Next question.

Most important question – does pineapple belong on pizza?

Definitely not. Let’s debate it if you want, but you’re wrong.
