Digital Media Specialist  

The Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing and analyzing paid display (programmatic, native, mobile), social (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn), and search engine marketing (PPC) campaigns on the behalf of our clients. This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, touching all aspects of the campaign life cycle: planning, implementation, optimization, reporting, insights. This role also regularly discusses the latest and greatest tactics, tools and strategies with the IHI team to keep them on the cutting edge.

You Will:

  • Design and manage the strategy and execution for “full-funnel” digital marketing campaigns to maximize awareness, engagement, and conversions
  • Perform audience research to develop new campaign ideas across different channels
  • Work with Analytics team to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign results and make regular recommendations on how to optimize campaign performance
  • Report and measure all paid media campaigns, with the ability to analyze and interpret data and present actionable conclusions and optimizations to senior leadership.
  • Use and manage web analytics and optimization to track channel effectiveness and optimize the performance of campaigns.
  • Develop landing page conversion optimization plans that include A/B testing, multivariate testing, and messaging testing
  • Develop recommendations and strategy designed to meet client goals including budget forecasting, creative insights, estimated delivery, and other relevant components
  • Manage bids and budgets across campaign flights to ensure cost efficiency and fulfillment
  • Lead status meetings and calls for active campaigns
  • Work with cross-functional teams to direct execution and optimization of targeting, creative, media, and budget allocation to maximize results
  • Overall accountability for the performance of digital marketing channels with continuous improvement in user experience and conversion rate

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; 2-4 years minimum of proven experience managing multi-channel paid display, paid social, content syndication and/or search engine marketing campaigns
  • Experience with ad management interfaces and bidding tools (Google, Bing, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Taboola, Programmatic Ad Tech platforms)
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Hubspot
  • Creative thinking capabilities that include an interest to learn and adopt new marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Must be a self-driven multi-tasker who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, and show strong attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Exposure working with Brand safety tools such as IAS and MOAT

  • Experience documenting, measuring and reviewing tactic spend to optimize aggregate spend to the most efficient and effective spend per target
  • The itch to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
